| What do you know about me? | Only standard visit data (pages viewed, device, rough location from IP) and whatever you type into the contact form. |
| Do you sell my data? | No. We never sell email addresses or contact messages. Ad partners use cookies as described below, and you can opt out. |

1. Information we collect
Information you give us directly. If you contact us through the Contact page or by email, we collect your name (if provided), your email address, and the contents of your message. We use this only to read and respond to your enquiry. We do not operate user accounts, take orders, or process payments, and we never ask for payment details, passwords, or government identifiers.
Information collected automatically. When you visit, our servers and service providers automatically record standard log and usage information: IP address, browser type and version, device type and operating system, pages visited, time spent on pages, referring page, and date and time of visit. This information is used in aggregate to understand which pages readers find useful and to keep the Site working and secure. The third party services named in Section 3 and Section 4, Google AdSense, Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and Bing Webmaster Tools, also collect or receive data as described there.
Cookies and similar technologies. The Site and third parties we work with use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy, which forms part of this Policy.
2. How we use information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and its content;
- To respond to messages, price corrections, and enquiries you send us;
- To measure readership and understand which menus, items, and guides are useful;
- To display advertising that funds the Site, including personalised advertising where you have consented or where permitted;
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, abuse, and security incidents;
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information in the ordinary sense of the word. Like most ad-funded websites, we allow advertising partners to collect data through cookies for ad measurement and personalisation, which some privacy laws describe as “sharing”; your opt-out choices are explained in Section 6.
3. Third party services we use
The Site uses four named third party services. Each one is described below with what it does, what it collects, and how you can limit it. Their own privacy policies also apply to the data they process, and we do not control cookies or records once those providers have set or received them.
Google AdSense (advertising). We use Google AdSense to serve the display ads that fund this Site. Google and its advertising partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads, including ads personalised to you based on your prior visits to this Site and to other sites on the internet, to limit how often you see the same ad, to measure ad views and clicks, and to help detect invalid or fraudulent activity. Google may collect information such as your IP address, device and browser details, pages you visit, and interactions with ads. You can turn off personalised advertising from Google at any time in Google Ads Settings at google.com/settings/ads, and you can opt out of many other vendors at aboutads.info/choices (US) or youronlinechoices.eu (EU). Opting out does not remove ads from the Site, it stops them being personalised to you. Blocking advertising cookies in the consent banner or in your browser has the same effect on this Site.
Bing Webmaster Tools (search verification and performance). We use Microsoft Bing Webmaster Tools to verify ownership of this Site to Bing, and to receive search performance data for the Site, such as which search queries led Bing users to our pages, impressions and clicks, crawl status, and indexing or site errors reported by Bing. This is data about the Site and its search visibility, reported to us in aggregate by Bing. Bing Webmaster Tools does not place its own visitor analytics cookies on this Site through that verification, and any data Microsoft collects when you use Bing itself is governed by Microsoft’s own privacy statement.
4. Analytics and visitor behaviour tools
Google Analytics 4 (usage analytics). We use Google Analytics 4, usually called GA4, to understand how readers use the Site in aggregate: pages and screens viewed, time spent, approximate location based on IP address, device, browser and operating system, referring site, and events such as clicks, scrolling, file downloads and searches on the Site where those measurements are enabled. GA4 works through cookies such as _ga and _ga_* described in our Cookie Policy and reports the results to us as statistics, not as a browsing history tied to your name. We use these reports to see which items and guides readers actually need and to fix pages that are not working well. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites with Google’s browser add on, and you can reject analytics cookies in the consent banner or block cookies in your browser as described in the Cookie Policy.
Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and session replay). We use Microsoft Clarity to understand, in practical terms, how readers move through a page: where they click or tap, how they move the mouse, how far they scroll, which parts of a page get attention, and where they hesitate or run into a problem, for example repeated clicks on something that is not a link. Clarity records sessions and builds heatmaps from them, and in doing so it collects usage and device data such as pages visited, clicks, taps, mouse movements and scroll behaviour, viewport size, browser and device information, and IP address. Clarity is built to protect sensitive content while it records: it masks text by default, so content typed into form fields and text it identifies as sensitive on the page is not shown to us in readable form in session replays, and we do not use Clarity to collect names, email addresses, passwords or payment details. Even with masking, you should not type sensitive personal information into any page on this Site other than what the contact form asks for, which is your name, email address and message. You can stop Clarity recording your visit by rejecting analytics cookies in the consent banner, by blocking cookies in your browser, or by using Microsoft’s Clarity opt out options described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
5. Who we share information with
- Service providers who host the Site, provide analytics, serve advertising, and protect against spam and abuse, only as needed to provide those services. For this Site that includes Google (AdSense and Analytics 4) and Microsoft (Clarity and Bing Webmaster Tools), as described in Sections 3 and 4;
- Legal and safety: where required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Site, our readers, or others;
- Business transfers: if the Site is sold or merged, information may transfer to the new operator under this same Policy.
We do not share the contents of your contact messages with advertisers, and we never sell email addresses.
6. Your rights and choices
Cookie choices. You can accept, reject, or delete cookies through your browser settings and through any consent banner shown on the Site, as detailed in the Cookie Policy.
EU/UK (GDPR). If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent at any time. Our legal bases are: consent (advertising/analytics cookies), legitimate interests (operating, securing, and improving the Site and responding to enquiries), and legal obligation where applicable.
California (CCPA/CPRA). If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (including via the cookie controls described above), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of minors under 16.
Exercising your rights. Email us at thelittlecaesarsmenu@gmail.com or use the Contact page. We will respond to verified requests within the time required by applicable law (generally within 30 days under GDPR and 45 days under CCPA). We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
7. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common standard for responding to these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them; your cookie and advertising opt-outs above remain available and effective.
8. Children
The Site is a general-audience information site and is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Data retention and security
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. Server logs and analytics data are retained in aggregate or for limited periods set by our providers. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures (HTTPS, access controls, reputable hosting) to protect information, but no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Links to other websites
The Site may refer to third-party services (for example, delivery platforms or the official Little Caesars website). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party sites; please review their own privacy policies before providing them information.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time, for example, when we add a new advertising or analytics partner. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date, and material changes will be highlighted on this page when they take effect. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
12. Contact us about privacy
For any privacy question or request: thelittlecaesarsmenu@gmail.com, or via the Contact page.
