These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of TheLittleCaesarsMenu.com (the “Site”), an independent menu-information website operated by Sierra Garcia (the “Operator”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version posted here, with its effective date, is the version that applies.

1. What the Site is, and is not

The Site publishes information about the Little Caesars menu: items, price ranges, nutrition information, deals, and ordering guides. The Site is an independent publication. It is not the website of Little Caesar Enterprises, Inc., and it does not sell food, take orders, process payments, or provide customer service for any restaurant. References to Little Caesars and its menu items are descriptive only.

2. Acceptable use

You may use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial information purposes. You agree not to:

Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of any person;
Copy, scrape, harvest, or republish the Site’s content, price data, or structure in bulk, including by automated means such as bots, crawlers, or scrapers, for republication or commercial use, except as permitted by law or with our written permission;
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or present content from this Site as official Little Caesars material;
Interfere with the Site’s operation or security, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or place an unreasonable load on our systems;
Submit false, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful material through the Contact page or any form on the Site.

Brief quotations from the Site with clear attribution and a link back to the relevant page are welcome.

3. Intellectual property

The Site’s original content, our articles, guides, price research, page design, and original images, is owned by the Operator or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for personal use; all other use requires permission. Little Caesars®, Hot-N-Ready®, ExtraMostBestest®, Crazy Bread®, and other brand names and product names used on the Site are trademarks of Little Caesar Enterprises, Inc. or respective owners. Their use here is nominative, to identify the products described, and implies no endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation. No right to use any trademark is granted to you by these Terms.

4. Accuracy of information

We work to keep menu, price, nutrition, and deal information accurate using the checking method described on our How We Check Prices page. However, prices are set by individual stores and change without notice; nutrition values are approximations from the brand’s published data; and offers expire. All content is provided “as is” for general information, and the Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms, sets out important limits, including on price and allergen information. You are responsible for confirming prices, ingredients, and allergen information with the store before ordering, especially where an allergy or medical dietary need is involved.

5. User submissions

If you send us a price report, correction, photo, or other material through the Site or by email, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and publish that material in connection with the Site (for example, updating a price range or crediting a correction), and you confirm you have the right to send it. Submissions are treated as non-confidential. Do not send material you do not want published. We may edit or decline to use any submission.

6. Advertising and third parties

The Site displays third-party advertising and may refer to third-party services. We are not responsible for advertisers’ or third parties’ products, services, prices, or websites, and your dealings with them are solely between you and them, under their terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on information published on the Site, including reliance on a price, a deal, or nutrition or allergen information, or from the Site being unavailable. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Site, your submissions, or your breach of these Terms.

9. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may update these Terms; updated Terms take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law and severability

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect, and the unenforceable provision will be read as narrowly as needed to make it enforceable.
